Fairy Glen Waterfall

The waterfall at Fairy Glen is small but can be quite decent after rain.

The waterfall occurs where Sprodley Brook drops over what is probably an old geological fault, partially quarried out in the 19th Century and is easily seen from the public foot path with good views from the small bridge just downstream.

The old quarry which is overgrown with grass and trees today looks good when free of litter and can be quite popular with visitors on sunny days and Sundays.
