Roscow's Tenement Clough

A small wooded clough leading up to the open moorland on Winter Hill above Bolton.

Designated as Ancient Woodland and within the West Pennine Moors SSSI. There is an old stone well near the road that is probably related to the reservoirs and water catchment system from the times of the industrial revolution.
