Salcey Forest

Salcey Forest is a beautiful woodland located in Northamptonshire, based on a medieval hunting forest and some of the old oaks are over 600 years old. The forest is also home to a wide variety of trees and plants, including silver birch, rowan, hazel, holly and hawthorn. There are also several species of wildflowers, including bluebells, wood anemones and primroses.

Salcey Forest is open all year round and there are a number of different walks and trails to follow including walkways high in the tree-tops.
