Stanwick Lakes is a 750 acre nature reserve and country park located in the heart of Northamptonshire’s Nene Valley. The park is home to an array of wildlife, including deer, badgers, foxes and birds of prey. There are also extensive and imaginative play areas, open spaces and nature trails that families, walkers and cyclists can explore at leisure.
The on-site visitor centre houses a café, shop and function space, and hosts events, family celebrations, business meetings and craft workshops throughout the year. Stanwick Lakes is managed as a social enterprise by environmental charity, Rockingham Forest Trust, in partnership with North Northamptonshire Council.
